to run a national mobile network in Romania we sourced the chosen candidate
in the Philippines. Our clients can be based anywhere, though most of our
clients are based in Europe, UK, USA, CALA and to a lesser extent AsiaPac
though this is changing with the emergence of China as a major market. Our

headhunting methodology
Searching for the right candidate(s) is based on a job description which provides
the right framework for our search. Where possible we recommend the use of
the Profile XT assessment
which gives a view of the whole person in terms of thinking style, behavioural
traits and occupational interests, all of which are crucial in putting the
right person in the right job. We then use pure search to locate the right
individual, interview him thoroughly, reference check his background before
making what will then be a personal recommendation to a client.
