Executive Search Consultants
We are looking for ambitious people ideally with an executuive search background.
There is a strong focus on specialisation mainly in ICT though headhunting
at 'C' level is not restricted.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills and typically (though not necessarily) will be degree qualified. Full training is provided along with on-going development and mentoring to fulfil potential. Remuneration varies but trainee consultants can expect to earn an OTE of £35k+ in their first year and experienced headhunters £80k+ OTE. Career prospects are excellent.
